Account Manager

Account managers are responsible for maintaining an ongoing relationship with assigned dental practices.  This includes routine site visits, technology assessments, and project oversight.

Field Service Technician (Level 1)

FST1 is responsible for routine helpdesk support for dental practices.  This includes providing phone support and computer diagnostic tools to resolve issues.

Field Service Technician (Level 2)

FST2 is responsible for routine helpdesk support for dental practices and issues not solved by the FST1.  This includes providing advanced phone support and computer diagnostic tools to resolve issues.

Administrative Assistant

Administrative assistant provides direct support to office management and handles routine task related to client support.
