Getting Started With Us

Getting Started

Much like your new patient consultation, G2CSi will evaluate your practice, analyze your problem areas, identify potential solutions, and document our recommendations with pictures and detailed step by step instructions.  We call this our G2 Treatment Plan, and it is absolutely Free!

Call us or fill out a form to schedule your free Consultation and G2 Treatment Plan.

The Consultation is a low stress process where the ultimate goal is to educate you on the specifics of your system and available options to improve or upgrade.  The G2 Treatment Plan is a living document that can be modified, adjusted, or divided into phases.  Our job is to help you to make a sound decision related to your technology needs.

Our Consultation consists of the following steps.

  1. Initial Site Visit: Make an initial visit out to your practice to discuss your technology needs; including problems you may be having, changes you may be planning, and goals you have for the future.  We will take note of all your computers, including system specifications and pictures to help visualize the “Where you are now.”
  2. Evaluate Our Findings: We will then consolidate all of the information into a G2 Treatment Plan document.  We will compare your current system with the recommendations put forth by your Practice Management System, Imaging software, and other application providers.  We will make a step-by-step process to take your system from where it is today to where it needs to be based on those findings.
  3. Present the Findings: We will make a second visit to your office to discuss the G2 Treatment Plan, including the services and equipment necessary to make it all happen.  Our plan will present an ideal scenario which serves as a baseline to discuss what is most important, what is not, and perhaps what can be scheduled for future work.
  4. Put the Plan in Place: Once a plan has been created, G2 Computer Solutions will implement that solution and be available immediately following to help and train you and your staff in any way that we can.
