Free Printer Program – General Information

How the program works?

G2 Computer Solutions, Inc. provides you with a new printer or multifunction printer with a 2-year on-site service warranty; FREE of charge.  In exchange, we require you purchase your consumables (toner, maintenance kits, etc…) through us at our competitive rates for the 2-year term.

We also require you print the minimum number of pages per month based on your program agreement.  This requirement is verified by your printer’s usage report which we monitor with a small utility installed on your network.  After the two year term, the device is yours to keep and the agreement expires.
